The equipment is composed of stainless steel drum, driving device, liquid recovery and regeneration circulation system and safety
electric control box, which are installed in a steel structure. The feeding and discharging operation of the equipment is very simple and
quick. When feeding, the material can be directly put into the feeding hopper by manpower or using handling tools. When the drum is
reversed, the material in the drum will be quickly and automatically spit out from the hopper. Because the material opening of the drum is
open, the operation condition of the material in the drum can be observed at any time. Compared with other traditional drum, the water
consumption can be reduced by 60%, the chemical material can be saved by 30%, and the process cycle can be shortened. In the process, the
loading capacity of the raw skin can be increased, the liquid injection ratio can be reduced, and the skin embryo or fur can not be damaged.
The waste liquid in the drum and the cleaning sewage can be discharged by the circulating pump or the three hand-operated valves at the
bottom of the drum. This equipment can make waste liquid recovery and recycling, the whole solution recovery and regeneration cycle
system components are made of stainless steel, the system includes a complete set of self-priming pump and steam thermostat (automatic
control type is available for purchase). The pre-prepared solution or the individual elements of the ingredients can be added individually to
the circulation system and fed into the drum.
